Terms & Conditions for Bookings at Camp Mandawa

 

Our terms and conditions are to make you more comfortable through the reservation procedure and during your visit.

 

We can work on a customised itinerary for your group. Kindly inform the number of people, nights and schedule. Also elaborate on the theme of the offsite - whether it is leisure or in addition you would like to include adventure activities, team building and if you would require conference facilities. A "Group" will consist of minimum 15 persons.

We would require 50% of the total amount in the form of DD/P.O. drawn in favor of "Anandam Tourism Resources Pvt. Ltd.", payable at New Delhi, as an advance to confirm the bookings. Without the payment the bookings will not be treated as confirmed.

 

The guests at the camp would be required to pay the balance amount by cash. All extras not covered by the plan are to be settled by the guests directly at the camp.

 

In case of cancellation, the retention charges (deduction) will be as follows:

  • 10 % will be deducted if cancelled 15 days in advance from the date of check in.
  • 25 % will be deducted if cancelled 7 days in advance from the date of check in.
  • 50 % will be deducted if cancelled 4 days in advance from the date of check in.
  • 100 % will be deducted if cancelled 2 days in advance from the date of check in or in case of a no show
